Steam boilers (≥ 80% thermal efficiency); multifamily buildings of 5 to 75 units ConEdison $700 per boiler, $2 per MBH input, up to $2,500 ≤ 300 MBH input capacity (AFUE ≥82%) ≥300 MBH input capacity
High-efficiency natural gas hot-water boilers (≥ 85% thermal efficiency); multifamily buildings of 5 to 75 units ConEdison $2,000-$3,500 per boiler ≤ 300 MBH input capacity to ≥ 1,000 MBH capacity
